Burns Skills School

We’ve had the pleasure of Mark from Burns Soccer Skills coming in on Wednesday afternoons to help us improve our fitness, flexibility and agility as part of Burns Skills School. He’s been playing lots of games with us to raise our pulses and has been challenging us to improve our fitness with circuit training. We’ve been busy doing squat jumps, mountain climbers, wall sits and planks; some of it has been a real challenge!
