P3 wanted to test how strong balloons were and if they could hold up different weights. We blew up some balloons and piled books, mats and shoes onb top. The balloon were able to hold all these things. They could even hold up one of the P1 children! We thought they would burst but they were really strong. In the world around us we can see how air pumped into tyres can hold up really large vehicles.
