At Largymore we care about our safety and the safety of others in the playground. A Playground Pal is a pupil who is part of the Playground Pal Team within school, whose role it is to ensure the playground is a happy, safe environment for everyone to enjoy. Our Playground Pals are in Year 6 and can be identified by their red badge.

They do a variety of jobs including: 

• Playing with younger children and organising games
• Tidying up the playground at the end of break and lunch
• Helping the younger pupils line up safely
• Ensuring everyone is happy and has a friend to play with in the playground
